![Passed by this guy at Broadway in SoHo, followed and chased him (all the way to Canal St.), tried to take a picture of him candidly to no avail (he was walking too fast; seriously, how was he supposed to get “donations”). Nevertheless, I finally had to stop him and asked if I could take a picture of him (gave him a donation for his cause, of course)[at Canal St. bet.
